By accessing or using the LowSpawn website (lowspawn.com) and Checkers Master game (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LowSpawn provides a free, browser-based board game called Checkers Master, along with related content including articles, guides, and informational pages. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

All content on the LowSpawn website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of LowSpawn or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Checkers Master game, including its code, design, artwork, and AI algorithms, is proprietary to LowSpawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Service except as incidentally necessary for normal web browsing and game play.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LowSpawn and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, which in the case of our free Service is zero (€0).
